"Great spot for collectors"
I have been using Ringside for a while now, the collector community is a big part of why I enjoy it. People share pics, talk about new preorders, and help each other out with figure info. My orders have been solid too. It really feels like a site made for actual wrestling figure fans.

"I placed an order and tried to cancel..."
I placed an order and tried to cancel soon after, but apparently once it goes through, there’s basically no real way out. It felt like their policy is set up with just enough loopholes to say cancellation exists, but not enough to actually let you use it when you need to. Customer service wasn’t much help either, just kept pointing back to the rules. Super frustrating. I probably won’t order from them again unless I’m absolutely sure.

I ordered a few figures from Ringside Collectibles, and the billing ended up being exactly what I saw at checkout.
No random extra charge showed up, no weird pending amount sat on my card forever, and the receipt matched my statement. after dealing with other sites where little billing issues slowly wore down my trust, I always check this stuff now.
It’s a simple thing, but I appreciated it. When the total is actually the total, it makes me feel a lot better about ordering again.

"Great Selection, But Things Go Fast"
They’ve got, like, a ton of figures and exclusives to check out. Some of the good stuff does sell out quick, so you kind of have to move fast, but overall... the selection is really solid...

I didn’t have any trouble logging in, which was nice, but once I got into the account settings, things felt a bit clunky. Updating my info wasn’t impossible, just not as straightforward as I expected. It works, but the layout could definitely be more user-friendly.

"Shipping took way too long"
I ordered from ringsidecollectibles.com and the items were totally fine once they finally showed up, but getting them was more frustrating than it needed to be. Shipping felt really slow, and the tracking barely updated, so I kept having to check back over and over with no real answers. It just felt like too many steps for something that should’ve been straightforward. I understand delays happen, but this took longer than I expected and was kind of annoying.

I did get my preorder in the end, so that was good, but the delivery date shifted a few times and the updates were slow tbh. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, I just wish they’d been a bit clearer about what was going on

I was ready to place an order, but apparently my usual payment method wasn’t invited to the checkout party. The options felt limited, and the whole process ended up being more annoying than it needed to be. Kind of disappointing, honestly

"Looks legitimate, just a small packaging issue"
I ordered a couple of wrestling figures and they seem legit. The boxes had the right logos, details, and nothing looked fake or off to me. One of the packages was a little beat up, which was kind of disappointing as a collector, but it wasn’t a huge deal or anything. Overall I’m still happy with the order, I just wish the condition had been checked a bit more carefully before shipping.

I don’t know how they manage it, but the stuff I need always seems to be in stock. Maybe not every single option or size is available every time, but close enough that I can usually find what I’m looking for without any hassle.

"Confusing to Use and Answers Don’t Match"
I’ve had a frustrating time using it. It’s hard to find what I’m looking for, and sometimes the pages load weird or don’t show up right away. What really bugs me is that I keep getting inconsistent answers, so I’m never totally sure which one I’m supposed to trust. It just makes the whole experience feel more annoying than it should be.

"Cool figures, but the shipping was a letdown"
The figures themselves are really cool and I’m happy with how they look, but the shipping ended up costing more than I expected. What made it more frustrating was that I couldn’t really get in touch with an actual person about it, everything felt automated, which made the whole experience a bit annoying

I’ve ordered from Ringside Collectibles a few times now, and overall I’ve had a good experience. Their prices are usually fair, especially compared to other places selling the same figures, and they run deals once in a while which definitely helps. Shipping does add a bit, but I still feel like the value is solid and I’ve never felt like I overpaid. My only thing is I wish some of the ordering or shipping details were a little clearer upfront, just so you know exactly what to expect. Other than that, I’m happy with them and would order again.

"Good deals if you catch the sales"
I’ve ordered from Ringside Collectibles a handful of times now the discounts are the main reason I keep going back. Their promo codes can make a big difference, and I’ve picked up a few figures for less than I was seeing on other sites. Shipping was totally fine too, no issues there. I usually check their sale section first whenever I’m looking for something now, so yeah
